  1. What is Link Up? Link Up assistance helps qualified residents of federally recognized Tribal lands pay the activation fee or installation charges for Lifeline service.
  2. How do I qualify for Link Up? If you satisfy the Lifeline eligibility requirements and you reside on federally recognized Tribal lands, you automatically qualify for Link Up.
  3. How much can I save with Link Up? If you reside on federally recognized Tribal lands, you’ll receive a Link Up credit of $35, which is a 100% reduction of our customary activation charge.

A one-time charge for starting service for a mobile device. The fee is $40, but is just $20 when you buy through verizonwireless.com or the My Verizon app. $40 for 2-year contracts. (No activation fee for 5G Home.)
